How to invest on Scramble: step-by-step guide

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced investor, Scramble is easy to navigate. Follow the steps below—setting up your participation in a round takes just a few minutes.

Step 1. Review brands and decide

Each round, Scramble publishes a vetted batch of consumer-goods brands seeking financing. Explore founder pages with professional backgrounds and business details, then decide whether to participate in this batch. You typically have up to ten days to make a decision.

Step 2. Top up your Scramble account

(Starting from €10)
Add funds using available transfer methods. Please transfer in advance—bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days to arrive.

Step 3. Allocate funds between Groups A and B (Claim priority tiers)

Choose how to split your allocation:

  • Group A (Senior Claims): target annual return up to 12.4%; flat fee up to 1% per month; 6-month term; monthly distributions; higher protection.

  • Group B (Junior Claims): target annual return up to 25%; flat fee up to 9% paid at term end; 6-month term; single distribution at the end; medium protection.
Use the group cards to compare risk/return and set amounts for each group.

Step 4. Review and confirm participation

Save your settings to join the round. You can adjust or reset them until the round ends (or until group caps are reached).
When the round closes, financing is disbursed and your Claims are assigned automatically according to your settings. You can view round results on the Investing page and we’ll email you a summary.
Consent footer: I acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use, and I agree to enter into the Assignment Agreement with other users on the Platform in the current round.

Step 5. Receive distributions

Distributions start after disbursement under the Financing agreements:

  • Group A: monthly distributions beginning on the 5th of the following month.

  • Group B: one distribution at the end of the 6-month term.
Track them in Investing / Reports; withdraw from Available cash or re-allocate in the next round.
