This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating some of the inspiring women in the Scramble community who are building brands that customers love and investors believe in.
Anna Chalov & Nataliya Peretrutova – Bemuse
Bemuse is bringing a fresh perspective to the alcohol-free category with sparkling mead made from honey. Since launching in 2021, the brand has earned international awards and growing distribution across Europe.
Nicola founded Agua de Madre after discovering water kefir as a complex alcohol-free drink. Produced in London, the fermented beverage combines flavour, probiotics and natural ingredients.
After building a successful restaurant group in London, Ning launched TeaJoy during the pandemic to make bubble tea easier to serve outside specialised cafés. Today, the brand is served in over 500 locations across the UK.

Alice Ross & Rebecca Monserat – Forivor
Forivor creates thoughtfully designed children’s products built around sustainability, comfort and responsible materials.
Eleanor founded topl to solve a common problem — reusable coffee cups that don’t work well. The result is a patented 360° lid designed for everyday convenience.
Catherine Bedford – Dashel Helmets
